Last night my friends and I went out to
The Butterfly Club to celebrate Emma's birthday. We were all running late (what else is new) and had to have a super quick bite to eat before heading in to watch
The Girl with the 3-sleeved Shirt. It was an interesting 'Alice in Wonderland' adaption and I was impressed with production. The standout performance was from the guy who played "Jeffy". He played two roles and owned the characters completely. Definitely not what I expected but I'm so happy we got to experience the production. I think the show has ended but I would recommend it to others.
Anyways back to the birthday. Emma has been one of my dearest friends since we met back in college in 2006. OMG 6 years of friendship. We travelled to France, Amsterdam, London, New York and Chicago together. She was the person who convinced me to start this blog and she is always encouraging me to do more. Happy Birthday Emma Magenta. Here's to many more years of friendship, creativity, laughs and adventures. Spain, Paris and Italy next year???
What I wore: This is one of my 3 faithful City Chic skirts. Love it to bits. Top was thrifted from the Salvos for $3.00 the last time I went home. I love the colour and the little bow on the front. Shoes from Target.
